RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all marketing deadlines
Design and oversee creation, production and distribution of MR marketing materials including brochures, calendars, postcards, etc.
Oversee all aspects of incoming advertising: draft ad calls, solicit ads, maintain advertiser list, manage/create outgoing ads
Design/Edit outgoing MR ads, MR website images and other misc. graphic needs
Maintain MR website
Design and schedule e-blasts
Write, manage, and schedule MR press releases
Maintain online listings
Maintain and create blog content
Oversee and maintain social media and web presence including facebook, twitter, youtube
Produce/manage production of video editing and podcasting
Oversee and maintain MR yearbooks and archives (photo, video, audio, PJ)
Act as Performance Journal (PJ) Production Liaison
Solicit and manage all PJ subscribers and orders
Edit, post and organize podcasts and audio footage
QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant Experience in Design, Marketing, and Social Media
Proficient understanding of mac-related programs (iMovie, iPhoto, iTunes) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SoundBooth and Dreamweaver), and WordPress
Proficient understanding of Filemaker Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proficient understanding of Facebook (profiles, groups, and events), Twitter, and other social networking sites
Basic knowledge of video importing, editing, and duplication
Experience with audio/video equipment including MiniDV deck, DVD burner/recorder, various video formats/devices, and audio recorders
Exceptional organizational skills
Eye for Detail
Pay is 6/hour with full, free access to Movement Research classes and workshops.
Applicants must be available to interview between August 27 and September 7, 2012.
Paid training will take place between September 24 - October 5, 2012. Start date is October 8, 2012.
