Designer Malan Breton's Fashion Show

at the Hammerstein Ballroom
The critically acclaimed Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company announces that fashion designer Malan Breton in partnership with Taiwan Tourism Bureauwill feature Nai-Ni Chen's River of Dreams in his upcoming fashion show during Style Fashion Week for his collection inspired by Taiwanese Aboriginal patterns and ideas, including the Yami and Amis Tribse in the Taitung and Shanxiantai regions. The company will wear costumes by Malan Breton, with costume elements created especially for the show by the Tao tribe. The fashion show will take place on September 8, 2016 at 4pm at the Hammerstein Ballroom, 311 W. 34th Street, NYC.

Lighting Design: A.C. Hickox, Costumes: Malan Breton, Dancers: Bo Pang, Guixuan Zhuang
This dance evokes the poetic image of a beautiful river. A fisherman paddles downstream accompanied by the spirit of the water through his long journey into eternity.
