NOVEMBER IS OPEN STUDIO MONTH AT BAX
Featuring BAX’s Artists-In-Residence (AIR) and Space Grant (SG) recipients, this series allows the audience a rare glimpse into the creative process.
Open Studio Showings include a moderated question-and-answer period where the audience's observations and the artist's intentions are explored.
JENNIE MARYTAI LIU (AIR) originally from Hong Kong and Stoke-on-Trent, England, came to the US to study at NYU's Experimental Theater Wing and has since been performing, creating, teaching, and administrating experimental dance and theater. She received her MFA in Dance from Hollins University/American Dance Festival in 2009.
