OPEN CALL for dance for camera works featuring dance/movement in any genre:
Nora Gibson Contemporary Ballet is thrilled to present the second season of the Philadelphia Screendance Festival! This festival will take place in the newly renovated Performance Garage, a 120-seat theater in the Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia.
GUIDELINES
Films must:
– feature dance/movement as integral to the piece
– utilize the camera as a choreographic tool
– have an strongly engaging cinematic concept
– be between 3-15 min
(no "documentation" of performances, but something created specifically for this medium)
