4-4:45pm Pre-Show Yoga with Dorita of Form and Flow:
Vinyasa Flow — Open Level
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement, flowing from one posture to the next in a continuous, mindful sequence. In this open-level class, we'll build heat through sun salutations and standing postures, move into balance and strength work, and close with a grounding cool-down and stillness. Modifications and variations are offered throughout, so beginners feel supported while intermediate practitioners are invited to deepen their practice and explore more challenging expressions of each pose. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to move with your breath.
