Now in its 9th year REVERBdance presents an eclectic assembly of some of the most creative and exciting dance makers pooled from around the world. Contemporary, high quality dance at its very best, is the focus of this thrilling showcase. This year we are proud to announce our partnership with STEPS Beyond and offer a commission for the Steps Repertory Ensemble and a special “Steps on Broadway Dancer Award” consisting of one month of unlimited dance classes at Steps on Broadway. Also included will be a $1000 “REVERB Award” going to the favored choreographer from an audience and curator combined vote.
REVERBdance Festival 2014, takes place at Baruch Performing Arts Center. REVERBdance's mission is to provide national and international choreographers and dance artists with an excellent, fully produced performance opportunity and expose these new, fresh and unique talents to the New York community. The 2014 festival is curated by respected choreographers Kate Griffler, Sidra Bell, Lane Gifford, and Bradley Shelver.
