RIOULT Dance Announces a Unique Studio PerformanceRIOULT Dance Announces a Unique Studio Performance
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, August 28, 2012 -- Join RIOULT Dance on Thursday October 11, 2012 for a special one-night-only Studio Performance, launching the Company’s much anticipated Germany Tour. Beginning at 8:00PM, the intimate showing at the Manhattan Movement & Arts Center will be followed by a lively Q&A with Artistic Director and Choreographer Pascal Rioult and the RIOULT dancers.
The performance highlights three of Pascal Rioult’s works ranging from 1995 to the present. Included in the program is the 2011 collaboration with the Pulitzer-prize winning composer Aaron Jay Kernis, “On Distant Shores,” along with the tour de force, “Wien” (1995), and RIOULT’s signature work, “Bolero” (2002). This evening will give the New York audience a taste of what the Company will tour in Germany in November.
