Upcoming Auditions – February 1-2, 2014:
Keshet Dance Company is auditioning for the 2014-2015 season. 52-week salaried positions, includes benefits.
Repertory and Apprentice positions include daily company classes, rehearsals, performances, teaching/mentoring, outreachprogramming and publicity work related to productions and overall organizational activities. Strong foundation in ballet and contemporary required. Additional skills in improvisation, dance education and/or social service/mentorship a plus, but not a requirement.
Qualified candidates must have strong team and leadership skills;must be critical thinkers with adventurous personalities; must havestrong wills, thick skins, kind hearts, passion for Keshet’s mission and disciplined work ethic. No settling for mediocrity in both the execution of art and the operations of programming on all levels.
Founded in 1996, Keshet is a contemporary dance company with a high level of social service and community outreach programming. The repertory company resides in the Keshet Center for the Arts in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
