We are a cooperative space for performance artists, bodyworkers, yoga/pilates teachers, and really anyone who needs space. By collectively working to rent and maintain the space, we are able to offer the space to both our members and the community at extremely affordable rates.

Rehearsals: $8/hr
Teaching: $12/hr
Auditions: $25/hr

Payment is due at time of use. Cancellations should be made 72hrs prior to scheduled rental time. Full payment is required if canceled within 72hrs.
