Dear Friends,

My friend Anna Peretz Rogovoy and I are thrilled to announced that we've been selected for the Summer Sublet Co-Op Series at HERE Arts Center. This will be an evening of dance entirely conceived, choreographed, and performed by women. It features two pieces of mine—my Women in Motion-commissioned solo Address and Our Bodies Get Too Far Apart, a duet—and two trios by Anna, WEST and EAST. Anna and I will both perform in our own work, alongside beautiful dancers Pareena Lim and Rebecca Hadley (who first introduced us!).

These works represent, for each of us, a thematic evolution based on a multi-year investigation into a central idea. We have been working toward presenting our work together for some time now, and are excited that our efforts have come to fruition. I'm proud of these dances, and admire Anna's work deeply, so I can't wait for you all to see this show.

As our performance dates approach rapidly, we are diving into an intensive rehearsal period. I hope you will consider making a gift in this urgent moment. You can contribute in two ways: by making a one-time, tax-deductible donation, or by becoming my monthly patron on Patreon.

We hope you will join us for these performances. Tickets are not yet on sale; more information to come!

With gratitude,
Garnet
