Our Ballroom Workshop continues from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at 440 Studios in Studio 3G. Curious about vertical weight fall or coordinating your body actions in dynamic opposition? We are exploring both during our ballroom center barre, in addition to reviewing the International Foxtrot syllabus and starting on precedes and follows in International Waltz. This is a mixed level class with work for every stage of of dance development. Its a great compliment to performance based, amalgamation driven and technique focused classes. May session begins Saturday may 10th.
