Three dance companies - Joffrey Ballet School Performance Company, Ariel Rivka Dance, and WalkingTalkiing/Catherine Miller - will share an evening, bringing their individual styles and aesthetics to a rich program of dance and music.   Joffrey School will appear in Gerald Arpino's celebrated "Birthday Variations," a pas de trois from Bournonville's "La Ventana," staged by Karina Elver, formerly with the Royal Danish Ballet, and premieres by Africa Guzman and Julie Bour.   Ariel Rivka Dance will premiere Ariel Grossman"s "Four Concerned," original music by David Homan, and the solo "Holly," and perform the quintet "Une Nuit."    By Catherine Miller is her highly praised duet "Juliet Looks to the West," and the premiere of "Unfurl," created to an original score by David Homan and featuring dancers from the Joffrey Ballet School Performance Company.    March 22-24, 8 PM, at MMAC, 248 West 60th Street.
