So Very Sly is a multi-media program incorporating music, dance, video projections and special effects that tells the story of the funk rock band Sly & The Family Stone.

The group was pivotal in developing funk, soul, rock and psychedelic music, and their sound was a forerunner for what would later turn into disco and club music.

The program features fan-favorite songs by Sly & The Family Stone: “Everyday People,” “Sing A Simple Song,” “Everybody Is a Star,” “I Want To Take You Higher” and “It’s a Family Affair” among others, with choreography by Walter Rutledge.
