Valentina Kozlova's Dance Conservatory, located in midtown Manhattan, presents its Spring Concert, joined by guests from American Ballet Theatre - Craig Salstein and Alex Hammoudi.   The young dancers, including several international competition medalists, will perform excerpts from Raymonda, La Bayadere, Flames of Paris, and other classics, as well as a new ballet by guest choreographer Nina Buisson.     One performance, April 7, 7 PM, at Symphony Space, Broadway & 95th Street.
