Stephen Petronio Company returns to The Joyce Theater with a highly anticipated second season of Bloodlines, a multiyear project that embraces significant works by trailblazers of American postmodern dance. Incorporated into the company’s repertory, these works are presented alongside creations by Stephen Petronio. The 2016 season will feature Trisha Brown’s pioneering work Glacial Decoy (1979), Petronio’s acclaimed MiddleSexGorge (1990), which celebrates its 25th anniversary this season, and the premiere of Big Daddy (Deluxe).
