Description: Dancewave’s Summer Dance Intensive offers young dancers the opportunity to immerse themselves in a rigorous and comprehensive 1 or 2 week program. Students will train in Ballet and Modern technique, with a choice of elective concentrations including Musical Theater or Ballet Repertory for Week 1 and African or Hip Hop for Week 2. Tuition also includes Demitasse Cafe Showings, featuring professional choreographers showcasing their work and providing students with an opportunity to engage in a Q & A with the artists, and Fridays at Five showings where students perform the work they have been learning all week at a free public performance for friends and family.
