JOIN US for a weekly Physical Listening Virtual LAB with JoAnna Mendl Shaw.
@Equus_Projects_NYC will be hosting a series of interactive Zoom workshops where you will utilize inventive ways of using your hands, feet, and body to give and receive energy from your fellow participants by doing various choreographic tasks and scores. At the end of each lab, you will have a new set of skills to use in the world for communicating more effectively and clearly and looking at the present moment differently.
"this week I will guide participants through a series of visualizing explorations. Finding the length of the back, the mobility of our neck, rotation in our shoulders and hip joints. Visual images will support the visualizations."
