Field Artist Residency
The Field Artist Residency supports the creative endeavors of performing artists working with movement as they work toward an upcoming production. The program aims to alleviate the financial and logistical burden of the "space chase" so that artists can focus on their creative process.
For 75 or 25 for Field Members, Field Resident Artists Receive:
> 70 hours of rehearsal space, 4 hours weekly for 4 ½ months
(That's space at about /hour plus the below!)
> One individual consultation with The Field
Emerging Artist Residency
The Emerging Artist Residency offers performing artists working with movement a supportive structure of resources and guidance to allow them to delve fully into their creative work. Selected artists will develop their work through workshops, rehearsal space, and a showcase performance.
For 25 or 75 for Field Members, Emerging Resident Artists Receive:
> 100 hours of rehearsal space, 6 hours weekly over 4 ½ months
(That's space at about /hour plus everything below!)
> Fieldwork PLUS workshops
> 5 credit towards a workshop
> Culminating performance at Dixon Place
