The show is outdoors, so bring appropriate layers!

This is a wheelchair-accessible event, please contact Trouble@GeneralMischief.com with any accessibility needs.

Performers: Jane Abbott, Ellen Henry, Wendy Lechuga, Saki Masuda, Kierstyn Sharrow, Emily Smyth Vartanian, and JP Viernes.

Directions: Enter Marcus Garvey Park from any direction, the Richard Rodgers Amphitheater is on the west side of the park. Closest subways are the 2/3 or 4/5/6 to 125th Street.

"The Upside" is funded, in part, through a Seed Fund for Dance grant from the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Development Corporation, thanks to the support of the Mertz Gilmore Foundation. This program is also supported by Dance/NYC’s Coronavirus Dance Relief Fund: New York State Edition, made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts.

General Mischief Dance Theatre receives ongoing support from Dance/NYC’s Dance Advancement Fund, made possible by the Howard Gilman Foundation and the Ford Foundation.
