The Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company returns to NJPAC, for its 14th consecutive year, to celebrate the Chinese New Year - coming up is The Year of the Serpent. The large company will perform the traditional Lion and Dragon Dances and there will be excerpts from The Legend of the White Serpent, one of the major traditional Chinese operas. Also on the program is Ms. Chen's recent "Whirlwind," to an exciting score by Glen Velez.
