Lubovitch’s stunning new story ballet, based on Alexander Pushkin’s famous poem "The Bronze Horseman," was created in collaboration between the Lar Lubovitch Dance Company and the Mikhailovsky Ballet of St. Petersburg, Russia, where the ballet premiered on May 25th. The dance has not yet been seen in the United States. This is your chance to be among the first to see the work – without flying to Russia! Seating at the theater is very limited. In addition to enjoying this excellent film of the world premiere, you will also be able to hear the inside story of the creation, in-person from Lar Lubovitch, and to share your thoughts with him and with other artists from the Lubovitch company at a reception immediately following the screening.
