Triskelion Arts is pleased to present a shared program of new work by Jackie Moynahan and Denisa Musilova on April 15 and 16 at 8pm in the Muriel Schulman Theater.

Pause/Restart: Project Exit the Hamsterwheel is Jackie Moynahan’s newest solo performance piece exploring the process of resettling, restarting and removing oneself from the daily grind. The work is an emotional journey that strives to create a world in which a person can quite simply “start over.” Moynahan seamlessly blends quirky and liquid movement layered with original text to deliberate on the question “what must change?”

Denisa Musilova’s TETRIS plays on our cravings for success and the desire to fit in. Viewing the journey as a path on a grid, four women are set on a quest to advance themselves in the most economic way possible. Starting with determination and rivalry, their personas clash and meld. Only few are saviors - those one can fall into. But as they are moving up the ladder, the fall grows steeper and each one has to hold on tighter.
