Union Street Dance invites you to this special performance by our 2019 Artist-in-Residence choreographer Laura K. Nicoll. Private Dancer is a kind of solo. "The movement was born from one body, has been absorbed and translated onto other bodies, and can never be done the same twice." This performance invites audiences to witness the live remixing of movement, music and video. Private Dancer was developed with support from the Mertz Gilmore Foundation through it's Late Stage Creative Stipend in partnership with Eva Dean Dance/Union Street Dance. Space is limited for this intimate performance so be sure purchase tickets ahead of time to reserve seating.
