ArtBark International performs in New York!
Santa Barbara Artbarkers Misa Kelly and Hyyla Fischer will perform with New York-based Trina Mannino and Joanna Nobbe in Steamship X, an excerpt from the upcoming Alma Karlin Project on May 3 at 8PM at the Bronx Academy of Arts and Music's Boogie Down Dance Series.
Steamship X incorporates dance, narration of writer, polyglot and world traveler Alma Karlin's Odyssey of a Lonely Woman and improvisational sound by Phillip A. Mergetroide & friends, creating a singular world inspired by Karlin's travels. Stay tuned for future performances of the evening length Alma Karlin Project and learn more about it here!
