ARCH CONTEMPORARY BALLET is seeking volunteers for the below :

Friday, November 17th 12pm - 5pm - Theatre Set Up
-Folding programs, party venue set up, lobby set up, lighting set up, various errands, help lighting designer
Friday, November 17th 530pm - 1230am - Opening Night Party Set Up/During Party/Clean Up
-Pouring pre-mixed cocktails in cups for guests, working the check in list, preparing the snacks on the table, running the drink tickets cashier, check in at the door, clean up
5:30 pm - All volunteers arrive// Set Up party space and learn your job for the evening
7:30 pm - Dinner Break until 9pm
9:00 pm - All volunteers arrive back // Set to designated job
11:30 pm - Clean Up
Compensation
-Free Summer Intensive tuition in August 2018 (check out last years program on our web calendar) $450 value
-2 tickets to Saturdays 2:00 pm or 8:00 pm performance
No experience necessary. Students welcome.
