How much weight does it hold in self-expression?” Connect with the techniques, rhythms, and essence of hip-hop and house dance as the performers develop, struggle, connect, and create their own individual and collective signatures.
PASSION FRUIT DANCE COMPANY is a New York City based street dance theater & educational company, founded, directed, and choreographed by Tatiana Desardouin in 2016. Joined by core members Mai Lê Hô, and Lauriane Ogay, PASSION FRUIT DANCE COMPANY has performed at the SpringUP Dance Festival, NYC’s Summerstage, Ladies of Hip-Hop festival 2017 at Ailey Citigroup Theatre, BAAD! Dance Your Future residency, Jacob Pillow’s Inside/Out festival, and the legendary Apollo Theater for the Breakin’ Convention festival. PASSION FRUIT DANCE COMPANY has a mission to promote the authenticity of street & clubbing dance styles (social dances), cultures and their contribution to the society, highlighting, and exploring different social issues throughout their dance pieces.
