ABOUT THE SHOW
Chocolate Dances is a chocolate-making dance company led by choreographer and chocolatier Megan Sipe. The company's latest show, Wild Women, is based on the watercolor paintings of Sterling Witt. Watch dancers paint the stage with character-driven movement in this bold and enchanting journey, punctuated with delicate flourishes and engaging rhythms. Throughout the performance handcrafted chocolate truffles are served to the audience.
ABOUT THE CHOCOLATE
Audience members will be served 4 handcrafted chocolates throughout the evening. Classic truffles contain cream and butter. Dairy free chocolates will also be available.

The Nuyorican Poet’s Cafe is located on Manhattan’s Lower East Side at 236 East 3rd Street between Avenue B and Avenue C. The zip code is 10009.
By subway, take the F train to the “2nd Avenue” stop.
From the station, take the “1st Avenue & Houston Street” exit and walk north on 1st Avenue away from Houston Street. Make a right on East 3rd Street and walk 2 and a half blocks until you reach #236.
By bus, take the M14A to Avenue A and 3rd Street or the M15 to 2nd Avenue and 3rd Street and walk east.
By car, take the FDR Drive to the Houston Street exit.
From Houston Street, make a right on Avenue C and then a left on East 3rd Street.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Cafe is wheelchair accessible, but it is suggested to call ahead so that a ramp can be put in place when you arrive. You can reach the Nuyorican office at (212) 780-9386.
