TDE: How did you start working for The Dance Enthusiast? 

Deirdre Towers: I introduced myself to Christine after a program at Gibney and asked to write for The Dance Enthusiast.

TDE: How long have you been working for The Dance Enthusiast?

Deirdre Towers: 4-5 years?

TDE: What do like about writing for The Dance Enthusiast?

Deirdre Towers: The fact that The Dance Enthusiast is starting from a positive place, that the writers, editors are all dancers writing about dance, and that the articles are handsomely laid out.

TDE: What are your favorite stories?

Deirdre Towers: The ones that I have to digest what happened on stage and struggle to put the experience into words.

TDE: What's on the horizon for you?

Deirdre Towers: Working on a new film project involving the sea with three Koreans, a painter, actor, and writer/producer.
