Love and war battle of the heart was absolutely amazing. I saw a whole other side to Keomi. I watched her and the other dancers dance and it was like they really didn't have to say anything. Their movement was their words. Their tears so authentic. As they cried I cried, as they danced I danced. The whole play, so vulnerable and real, it allowed me to be just as vulnerable and real. The girls looked so beautiful but not because of what they actually look like but because of what they expressed. Love and war shows that you don't need to talk to get a point across, you can dance and use your body to say what your heart feels and have it be just as powerful as saying it verbally.
