Join us for a special two-day workshop that explores and embodies varied strategies for approaching collaborative dance making activities linked to social justice issues for the classroom, studio, or choreographic process.
Led by Ann Biddle, Director of DEL at Jacob's Pillow, and guest artists to be announced, participants will develop ways to use movement and education tools as catalysts for social transformation. Apply your discoveries to teaching strategies and curricula that address themes of social change.
For dance educators, classroom teachers, social justice educators and facilitators, professional and pre-professional dancers, and any movers looking to integrate social justice work into their practice.
