AUDIENCE REVIEW: "Earthbound" by Ellis Wood Dance

"Earthbound" by Ellis Wood Dance

Company:
Ellis Wood Dance on the Soaking WET series

Performance Date:
May 16, 2019

Freeform Review:

"Earthbound" is one of those pieces that you don't enjoy watching only because of the movements and scenery, but also because it makes you think, relax, tense, sit back, not think, wander, listen and feel, all at once.   I loved the connection between the dancers and especially the connection brought by Ellis Wood, who so easily and organically interlaced all the dancers together.   The piece was filled with links between the dancers, but ingeniously kept each one's individuality.
